Two disciplines, one calm practice.

Good foot care, with attention to the whole picture.
Proper foot care plays an important role in overall health, mobility, and daily comfort. In my practice I provide professional pedicure treatments focused on both the treatment and prevention of foot conditions.
What I Can Do for You
All treatments are carried out with a medical, hygienic, and patient-centred approach — adjusted to your individual situation.
- Excessive hard skin (callus / hyperkeratosis)
- Corns and pressure-related pain
- Ingrown or painful toenails
- Thickened, discoloured, or fungal nails
- Nail care when you are no longer able to cut your own nails
- General foot complaints or reduced mobility affecting self-care
When Is a Medical Pedicure Required?
In accordance with ProVoet guidelines, certain conditions require treatment by a medical pedicurist due to an increased risk of complications. A medical pedicure is advised if you have, for example:
- Diabetes
- Circulatory or vascular disorders
- Rheumatic conditions
- Neurological disorders affecting the feet
- An increased risk of wounds or delayed healing
- Reduced sensation in the feet
If during assessment it becomes clear that your foot health requires medical pedicure care, this will be discussed with you and appropriate referral will be made. Patient safety and long-term foot health are always the priority.
Through the feet, for the whole body.
Reflexology is a natural therapy in which targeted pressure applied to reflex points in the feet or hands stimulates the body to restore balance — physically and mentally.
What reflexology can support
All organs, glands, and body parts are connected via nerve pathways to specific reflex zones in the feet and hands. By gently but purposefully stimulating these zones, I support the body's natural ability to balance itself.
- Stress & tensionDeep relaxation, better sleep, a calmer mind.
- Balance & energySupport for fatigue and energetic imbalances.
- DigestionSupport for digestive complaints and general wellbeing.
- Hormonal balanceSupport for menstrual, peri- or menopausal concerns.
Please note: reflexology is not a replacement for medical care. If you have health concerns, always consult your GP first.
Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART)
Alongside classic reflexology, I practise Advanced Reflexology Techniques — also known as Focused Reflexology. This is a deeper technique in which specific, persistent complaints are addressed in a more targeted and intensive way through precise hand movements.
ART is particularly effective for chronic pain, hormonal imbalance, and physical tension where standard reflexology offers less traction. During the intake we will discuss whether this technique is appropriate for you.

Professional Standards
I am a registered member of ProVoet, the Dutch professional organisation for pedicurists. This guarantees that I work according to recognised professional standards, follow continuous professional development, and adhere to strict standards of hygiene, expertise, and diligence.
For reflexology I hold membership of the British Association of Reflexologists (AoR) — where I completed my training. The same commitment applies: ongoing professional development, a professional code of ethics, and strict practice guidelines.
